If you would like a role with variety, join our Estates Team. If you enjoy a challenge and could help us to keep our school sites in tip top condition Estate Assistant could be the role for you.

Responsibilities include site security, health and safety, overseeing activities of our cleaning team and hands-on repairs and maintenance. You will get to know our students and staff, along with the community groups who use our facilities for clubs.

The role is based at Queen Elizabeth’s Grammar School in Horncastle, however, occasional support will be required at other Trust schools and therefore the ability to drive is essential (mileage will be paid when travelling outside of Horncastle).

Horncastle Education Trust comprises five local schools; Banovallum School, Frithville Primary School, Huttoft Primary & Nursery School, New York Primary School and Queen Elizabeth's Grammar School. The Trust was formed from a genuine desire to work more closely together following the success of existing partnership work between the schools.
