If you enjoy a challenge and could help us to keep our school sites in tip top condition Estate Assistant could be the role for you. Responsibilities include site security, health and safety, overseeing activities of our cleaning team and hands-on repairs and maintenance. You will get to know our students and staff, along with the community groups who use our facilities for clubs

This is a permanent fulltime post and will be a full year contract. Hours of work are 37 per week via a rota system between 6am and 9.15pm weekdays, however, flexibility is required to provide team cover when necessary for full site opening hours, evening lettings and occasional weekend events.

**The salary is Grade 3 Scale Point 6 £20,812.**
