**What We Are Looking For**

We are looking to recruit dedicated, confident and passionate Level 2 / 3 Early Years Practitioners to work as part of our **Toddler** and **Baby Room** teams with **children aged from 3mths - 36mths**. Baby and toddler experience is desirable and a passion for delivering high quality and exciting activities to meet their needs.

**Qualifications and Experience**
- At least NNEB, CACHE level 2 / 3, NVQ or equivalent in childcare and education
- A good knowledge and understanding of the EYFS curriculum
- Paediatric First Aid Certificate
- Keyperson experience
- An ability to observe and passion to plan and deliver activities to meet the individual needs of the children
- Knowledge of Forest School curriculum and a passion for the outdoors, desirable
- Highly enthusiastic attitude, self-motivated and ability to use own initiative
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Experience of writing informative observations and developmental reports
- Enhanced DBS check
