This role is key in providing insights to external customers, internal customers/managers and various stakeholders.

The role is being offered as a remote role, but you will be required to attend the occasional meeting, once per month/once every couple of months, at their Taunton (Somerset) HQ.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Production and distribution of reports and dashboards to clients within service level agreements.
- Production and maintenance of Microsoft Power BI dashboards.
- Contribute to the development of the overall data strategy.
- Analysis of produced data to provide actionable insights.
- Provide support to our business and clients to assist in the interpretation of reports, dashboards, and insights.
- Interrogation of data warehousing and databases using SQL.

**Core Competencies**:

- Excellent communication skills.
- Build strong relationships and liaise with employees across all areas of the business.
- Strong IT skills with experience using Microsoft 365 package.
- Experience transforming data and creating visualisations with Microsoft Power BI.
- Strong SQL skills.
- Understanding how an ETL process works.
- Desirable - experience of coding in Python.
- Desirable - knowledge and experience of reporting/reporting systems.
- Desirable - HTML & JavaScript.
- Desirable - Data Analysis Expressions (DAX).

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Experience of dealing with data within a growing organisation.
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.
- Being able to learn, adapt and work within in a fast-paced environment.
- Recently completed Maths, Science, or a similar data related degree (desirable).
