The School and College Liaison team is seeking a full-time Outreach Assistant to provide a range of administrative support to ensure the success of the University's outreach and broader widening participation initiatives.

The successful post-holder would be responsible for the administrative processes underpinning the award winning HE Unboxed resources, as well as supporting team’s wider recruitment and widening participation work. The postholder will work directly with a range of stakeholders, such as teachers, internal stakeholders, as well as external stakeholders such as those involved with car hire arrangements. They will also be able to contribute toward other key initiatives such as our Virtual Mentoring Programme and LUDUS.

We are looking for a proactive, innovative, and enthusiastic individual with experience of providing high levels of administrative support. You will also be required to demonstrate excellent organisational, communication and time management skills as well as experience of Microsoft Office packages.
