Our client based in Hammersmith are looking for a Deputy Security Manager on a temporary on-going basis. You will be required to work within the town centre (shopping centre)

Shifts are 5 over 7 days on a rota basis working a 56 hour week
Various Day shifts start/finish times

Main Purpose of the Role:

- Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees by patrolling and monitoring premises and personnel
- Monthly rostering of staff
- Deliver weekly patrol activity reports
- Assist Security manager with disciplinary investigations and reports
- Manage a team of security officers and support lead security manager
- Carry out 1-2-1 job reviews with staff monthly
- Protect our premises, assets and personnel while maintaining high visibility, presence to prevent all illegal or inappropriate actions
- Carry out any other reasonable request to support Centre management as required.
Key Responsibilities:

- Staff training and development
- Managing and maintaining the bio metrics security system
- Carryout full on-boarding of staff members
- Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property
- Creating cohesive training and development plans for security staff
- Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities
- Control room relief and cover when required by management.
- Complete reports by recording observations,
- Overview of network communications between the security team
- A strong, driven personality is essential with a flexible approach towards work
