**The Role**:
You will join this leading Real Estate team as an Associate in the firm's Manchester office.

You will gain hands-on exposure to landmark transactions for clients including major developers, retailers, financial institutions, and investors. The team undertakes a variety of work, including acquisitions & disposals, developments, asset management, and corporate support. Given the scope of work, you will have the opportunity to mould the role around your skills and interests.

This is a genuinely close-knit and supportive team who will encourage and support your development. **Requirements**:

- As a guide, this role would suit a Trainee Solicitor qualifying in September or an NQ Lawyer with experience in real estate
- You will have trained at a city or large regional law firm
- Have the desire to develop your technical ability and progress your career in the long term
- Strong academic track record
