Role Overview: As an NQ Real Estate Solicitor, you will join their dynamic Real Estate team. You'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of real estate matters, including property transactions, commercial leases, and development projects. This role offers excellent career prospects and exposure to high-quality work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle property acquisitions and disposals.
  • Draft and negotiate commercial leases.
  • Advise clients on property development and investment.
  • Conduct due diligence on real estate transactions.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across different practice areas.

Requirements:

  • Newly Qualified Solicitor (NQ) with a keen interest in real estate law.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Commercial awareness and client-focused mindset.
