Membership Advisor

We are looking for a highly motivated individual for the role of Membership Advisor in the 24-hour Anytime Fitness club in Locks Heath, Fareham.

You must be a naturally proactive and self-motivated individual who can bring fresh ideas to help generate new leads and not only reach but go beyond sales targets.

You must be confident, outgoing and able to approach people but feel equally comfortable on the phone as the role will involve handling incoming and outgoing enquiries and helping start a potential member on their fitness journey.

You will be one of the public faces and an ambassador of the club, bringing prospects in, building rapport and conducting tours of the facility tailoring each tour to each individual.

You will ensure the club is maintained to high standards at all times and assist in additional general club duties as set by the club manager.

You will be supporting members with any queries and issues and assisting in the development of a cultural and membership experience that offers more than simply access to health and fitness equipment so that members are engaged and feel that they belong to a club rather than just a gym.
