We are currently recruiting for self-employed (outside IR35) sessional therapists.

Integrate is a growing team of child, adolescent, and adult therapists. We operate as a Specialist Counselling and Therapy Centre, as well as an Ofsted registered Adoption Support Agency headquartered in Huddersfield, West Yorkshire. We work with clients across the UK, but currently have a number of on-site vacancies in Yorkshire that will require you to either work from your current home base or our Huddersfield office.

Who are we looking for?
- be fully qualified;
- hold membership with BACP, UKCP or other equivalent regulated body;
- have a minimum of 2 years post qualifying experience;
- have a desire to advance in the field of Child and Adolescent Therapeutic Support, as well as providing support to families and adults;
- have a willingness to engage in further training (provided by Integrate).

Our work is predominantly with families that include one or more children. Our ideal therapist has a passion for working with children and adolescents, as well as supporting our growing base of adult clients. You will also be highly motivated, passionate, keen to be a part of the Integrate Team and willing to engage in the latest training to support our method of therapies and intervention. You will be phased into your role with a small caseload to start with and we will subsequently increase your caseload based on availability and progress.

We specialise in the areas of attachment, trauma, dissociation and we use the latest therapies, grounded in research to address complex trauma, including the Neuro
- Sequential Model of Therapeutics by Dr Bruce Perry, EMDR, Developmental Attachment Therapy, Trauma and Creative Therapies and Dyadic Developmental Psychotherapy.

As a sessional therapist you will work with a wide range of clients, but the majority will be children and adolescents from all walks of life. Integrate also specialises in complex cases of developmental and relational trauma. Therefore, many cases will involve you having to draw on your creative energy to find new and inventive ways to help these children and adolescents.

We provide a range of support, supervision and training to help you on your journey. This includes access to national and international training as well as support to help you improve and advance in your therapy. Joining Integrate as a Sessional Therapist means that you immediately get the infrastructure support you need. This includes:

- Ofsted oversight over all of your Integrate cases.

- Operational support for all cases. (separate customer service support, accounts and accounting support).

**Job Types**: Contract, Part-time

**Salary**: £35.00-£40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 15 per week
