**Regional Site controller**

**Site location - Lakeland, Grange-over-Sands - LA11**

We are seeking a Regional Site Controller to organise and manage the performance of our cleaning teams at Haven’s “Lakeland” caravan park located in Grange-over-Sands, and to support the management of our other northern sites.

The site controller will be responsible for the management of a team of around 40 cleaning operatives and team leaders, ensuring the consistent and efficient delivery of our services on site.

The core hours of work will be 9am-5pm on a Monday and Friday each week. However, there will also be the requirement for the site controller to work additional days at our Head Office in Liverpool on a Tuesday to Thursday during normal office hours. There may also be a need/opportunity to work to work at our other northern sites to manage and address any performance or service issues.

We offer a competitive rate of pay of **£14.00 per hour** and a performance bonus for efficient and consistent service delivery.

We are operating a free transport provision from Blackburn to Grange Over Sands so the regional controller would ideally reside in the Blackburn area or alternatively in the Grange over sands locality.
- Two years’ experience in a supervisory position, preferably delivering cleaning services.
- Reliable hardworking and able to lead by example.
- Good communication skills and basic IT skills.
- Ability to manage a process and ensure team compliance.
- Excellent people management skills, ability to organise, communicate, coach and motivate team members to meet quality and productivity standards.
- Physically fit for the role which will involve walking and bending and general physical activity.
- Car driver with full driving licence.
