**Responsibilities**
- Manage and oversee metering installation and maintenance cases, ensuring a world-class service to our customers.
- Maintain relationships with customers and third-party agents.
- Work on exceptions and resolve complex industry data queries.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to relevant Industry legislation
- Liaise with industry partners to ensure metering cases are resolved in line with customer expectations.
- Help create and implement key industry processes and suggest improvements where processes are already in place.

**Skills**
- Must have experience working within Metering in the energy sector and proven experience in energy, with a good understanding of the Gas and Electricity market.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to deal with a variety of complex issues.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including managing 3rd party relationships.
- Strong communication skills with a focus on customer excellence.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to work independently.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year
