Location: Rugby
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)
Shift pattern: 06:00-14:00, 14:00-22:00) &Night Shift is available ( 22:00-06:00)

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
- Assist FLM's in managing all disciplinary and grievance issues (complaints) in line with HR policy
- Facilitate effective communication and relationships both inter shift and other departmental functions
- Ensure compliance to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) in ecommerce
- Ensure effective control of MHE usage to ensure mínimal damage providing evidence of spot checks
- Support in championing employee engagement
- Work in collaboration with other DHL sites to maximise efficiencies and best practice
- Support FLMs in delivering improved productivity levels using coaching and mentoring skills ensuring individuals are aware of their responsibilities and fulfil them

- 3+ years experience of warehousing / Logistics
- Good analytical and numerical skills
- Excellent interpersonal leadership, motivation and planning skills
