Provide excellent customer service to patients and other healthcare professionals when communicating with patients. Answer all incoming phone calls, diverting them as appropriate and/or taking and passing on messages in a timely manner. Support and assist clinicians in the provision of safe, caring and effective services. Deal with administrative queries and requests from patients and act as liaison with the clinicians as necessary.

A high level of computer literacy and attention to detail is also required. About you Literacy and numeracy skills at GCSE level C or equivalent Ability to work flexibly across the week Possess excellent communication skills Patient-focused and professional at all times Able to problem solve and think clearly in pressured situations Good IT skills including the use of Microsoft packages Experience of working to policies and procedures Experience of using EMIS (desirable) Experience of working in a healthcare environment (desirable) Whats on offer?
