The Cashmere Centre is a growing direct to consumer business selling a range of luxury clothing and jewellery products to an affluent, mature, female client base, through 5 different brands. We have over 250,000 buyers on our database.

We operate from rural farm location close to Bletchley/Milton Keynes and take customer orders onsite via ecommerce and incoming telephone calls.

We are looking to scale up the ecommerce side and are looking for someone to help
- Manage the websites (Big Commerce) for three of our _fast growing_ luxury brands, uploading products, images, prices etc. to ensure they accurately reflect the current product range and promotions.

The role is carried out in support of the overall marketing strategy and the content and campaigns need to be high quality, current and in keeping with our brand identity. You will develop KPIs for driving traffic to the website and increase sales from our customer demographic.

**Tasks, duties & responsibilities**:

- Attending and contributing to weekly planning meetings.
- Managing the websites to ensure products are up to date, accurately described and priced correctly.
- Creating coupon codes and setting up landing pages.
- Undertake A/B testing to continuously learn and improve future campaigns and strategies.
- Segmenting data relevant to each campaign for testing.
- Being the voice on social media, responding and escalating as necessary on Facebook, blogs and YouTube and staying engaged in the conversation to help grow the social fan base
- Help to improve customer reviews and feedback platforms. Running and uploading weekly selections for Feefo.
- _Immerse oneself in the 3 brands_
- Regular reporting across all our promotions.

**Skills**
- Self-motivated and uses own initiative.
- Good blend of creative flair and technical ability.
- Good copywriting skills
- Organised and able to stick to deadlines.
- Fluency in English required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £24,000.00-£26,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Website management: 1 year (preferred)
- Social media marketing: 1 year (preferred)
