**Job Summary**:
This position is suited to an individual with a positive attitude and pleasant demeanour who has the ability to perform successfully as part of a small team and who has the ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines. This is an all-encompassing role and as such it is important that you are able to cope with running multiple activities at the same time within tight timescales.
Salary negotiable depending upon experience.
**Relationships**:
Reporting to: Sales Manager
Maintain close relationships with: Sales Team / Operations TeaM/Finance Team
**Summary of Tasks**:
- Add items to NAV (equip. sales)
- Supply FT numbers and create assets in NAV
- Job conversion
- Check and file customer POs, ensure SOA signed by job holder and filed
- Manage Customer PO revision process
- Allocate equipment to Sales Orders
- Update Frame Agreements
- Notify 3rd parties of on hire dates and update NAV to suit
- Update Sales Orders with On Hire Dates incl. rental period pricing changes
- Overseas shipments - Import / Export admin support
- Print Load Lists
- Prepare monthly rental / certification trackers for clients, incl. but not limited to:
- NAV data entry
- Review AVL for certification / personnel updates
- Portal updates for accepting POs, uploading quotes etc.
- General Admin duties across all departments when required
**Previous Experience / Competencies**:
- 1 year Admin experience is preferred
- Ability to operate all of Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Good telephone manner
**Salary**: From £22,000.00 per year
