Reporting to the RVSC Aftersales Manager, this roles is to take overall responsibility for all stock and parts ordering and management for hire, sales and third party vehicles.

The fundamentals of the role are to support the Aftersales Manager to evolve the department into high performance using all available tools at your disposal to be a high performing Parts Supervisor.

Below is a list of responsibilities for the Parts Supervisor which whilst comprehensive is not exhaustive
- Take overall responsibility for all stock and parts ordering for RVSC EDI to include hire, sales and third party vehicles
- Conduct weekly stock take of all parts in line with financial processes, accurately record all stock holding and variances
- Order parts based on the stock levels agreed in a timely and financially sound manner, maintaining stock security at all times
- Manage manufacture orders, chasing up delivery dates
- Order parts required for third party work once costs agreed with the customer
- Book out parts required and then re-stock take once they have been booked out to avoid end of the month issues with stock
- Receive in all parts upon delivery, scanning all documentation to the finance team
- Explore new stock items to drive revenue in the dept
- Scan and update head office on all company card transactions
- Create job orders following the correct process on the system
- Make sure QR codes are created for internal parts ordered if not already on the system
- Make sure all department daily banking is reconciled and matches completed jobs on open invoice

**Person Specification**
- Proven experience of working in an effective parts management environment
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Confident telephone manner
- Great interpersonal skills
- Good data entry and typing skills, paired with knowledge of I.T & Microsoft packages
- Commitment to delivering a high level of customer service
- Business focus and a desire to succeed beyond what is expected
- Accuracy in stock level management
- Resilient and flexible and able to work in a fast paced, dynamic and demanding workplace
- Good attention to detail with excellent planning and organisation skills
- Flexibility to respond to a variety of work situations

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £25,000.00 per year
