Part Time Sales Administrator

Job Overview:
We are currently looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Part Time Sales Administrator to join our team. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our sales team and ensuring the seamless operation of sales processes. This is a Part-Time position with potential for career advancement in the future.
The working hours are covering shifts from 0600-1400 and 1400-2200 every weekend.
About the Company:
Our company is committed to delivering exceptional service in lift maintenance, repair, installation, and refurbishment. Operating 24/7/365, we service various types of lifts including those with less-abled access. Specializing in refurbishing, installing, testing, and commissioning lifts from both domestic and international manufacturers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Provide customers with product information and pricing
- Handle inquiries from potential and existing customers
- Prepare sales invoices and maintain sales records
- Address customer complaints and queries
- Perform general sales and marketing administrative tasks
- Collaborate with team members on sales strategies, upsells, and tracking
- Meet set sales targets and KPIs
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in a sales role
- Strong grasp of sales performance metrics
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce
**Experience**:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales development
- Minimum 1 year of administration experience
