A highly reputable and long established IFA firm that requires a Mortgage File Checker to help build the organisation.

On offer is a fantastic opportunity to work within a great team of Mortgage and Financial Advisors.

Our Client is looking for someone with excellent communication skills who puts the clients first, making sure they receive the best possible advice.

**Duties will Include**:

- Undertaking case file reviews to ensure they meet the highest of standards.
- Assessing the suitability of the advice provided and accuracy of the information gathered.
- Identifying any risks based on the advice provided.
- Daily liaison with Advisers to offer any relevant assistance with processes.
- Internal communication with the Compliance team regarding any issues or concerns.
- Once reviewed, signing off the file as completed.

**Skills and Experience required**:

- CeMAP or equivalent is essential for this role, CeRER desirable
- Exceptional attention to detail, with the ability to work systematically
- The desire to work both individually, and as part of a wider team
- Excellent IT skills
- Strong communication skills
