Building Construction Labourer

**Overview**:
Hatch Homes is currently seeking dedicated and hardworking individuals to join our team as Construction Laborers at our development site in Blofield. As a Construction Labourer/ Site Handyman, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our construction projects. This position requires individuals who are physically fit, able to work in all weather conditions, and willing to perform a variety of manual labor tasks.

**Responsibilities**:

- General site clearance, including removal of debris and waste materials
- Assisting and working with others on site to complete tasks efficiently and safely
- Moving materials and equipment as needed throughout the construction site
- Performing manual labor tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying heavy objects
- General grass cutting and weeding of gardens as required
- Painting and other maintenance duties as required
- Willingness to be adaptable and take on additional responsibilities as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in construction or a related field is preferred but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors
- Strong work ethic and reliability

Requirements for the role are:

- **PPE - steel toe work boots**

**Salary**: £10.65-£12.50 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
