Overview:
We are currently seeking a Goods In Operative, to join our team here at Bute Island Foods on Rothesay.

**Duties**:

- Receiving deliveries from, vehicle’s, checking condition of vehicle.
- Checking off goods including ingredients, packaging, and other sundries against paperwork
- Stock Counts
- Labelling goods after booking in and entering on stock control system.
- Checking quantity and quality of goods received
- Replenishment and date rotation of products.
- Ensuring production lines have all stock required for manufacture.
- Liaising with purchasing team regarding stock required.
- Packing on a production line when needed, which includes taping boxes and stacking pallets.
- Forklift driver would be preferred, but not essential.
- Transferring goods between the mainland and the Isle of Bute
- Delivering swabs or finished products.
- Attending mainland storage depot (East Kilbride) to carry out tasks with raw materials
- Collecting goods such as ingredient samples for testing. packaging samples for testing, maintenance parts etc.

Pay: £24,960.00 per year
