Are you an HRIS Specialist with experience of Application Programming Interface and SAP integration platforms? Are you looking for a new challenge within an adapting and future thinking business? If so, we have something exciting for you

Due to exciting growth and positive changes, we have a brand-new opportunity within our HRIS team to be the technical specialist for system changes and configuration; taking the responsibility for integrations, development of modules and developing the skills set of members of the Success Factors core team in relation to integrations and CPI.

**What you'll be doing**:

- Act as a technical expert with integrations between Success Factors and our other systems
- Work with and support the core HRIS team to configure and develop solutions within our other HR systems such as eploy, Peakon and Servicenow
- Act as a problem solver ‘all rounder’, defining the process and analysis required to derive the solution and be capable of managing all aspects of this.
- Liaise with other support parties for the resolution of problems and changes.
- Advise, define and document the requirements
- Ensure our stakeholders understand the requirements and need for interfaces between our complex HR systems and their business needs
- Advise on appropriate deployment of existing modules/functionality or, where not effective, support the selection process for new modules/functionality
- Contribute to the HRIS road map such that future deployments are aligned with the HRIS roadmap
- Work with and support the core HRIS team with BAU activities within Success Factors and our other HR systems as and when needed

**What you'll bring**:

- Experience in configuration, testing, deployment and maintenance of all SF integrations and interfaces.
- Working knowledge of SAP (SuccessFactors) including CPI specifically
- Previous experience and understanding of recruitment applicant tracking systems
- Variety of HRIS industry experience either directly or in consulting capacity
- Previous experience of being part of the team implementing and delivering IT projects, including major systems specification and implementation, such as Global HRIS
- It would be great if you have worked with Servicenow and Peakon (Workday) but not essential
