Talent Sourcer

Working with our Peterborough based client, we are looking to recruit a Talent Sourcer to join their busy Talent Acquisition team. You will be supporting their Talent Acquisition specialists in attracting individuals for multiple roles across the globe.

We expect the contract/temporary assignment to be around 16 weeks.

Your responsibilities will be:
- Researching, direct sourcing and presenting CVs to the assigned specialist and hiring managers.
- Working and collaborating with experts and Marketing teams to create and publish content across channels to showcase opportunities and vacancies.
- Build and manage pipeline of qualified talent in key markets, regions, or organisations.
- Supporting our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion goals by sourcing talent from under-represented groups and supporting projects and idea generation to engage and market our roles to the widest possible audience.

You will have:
- Previous experience of working within an internal recruitment role or agency setting,
- Be able to demonstrate ability to work accurately in a fast-moving environment managing multiple vacancies.
- Experience and knowledge of e-recruitment practices and technology including ATS, DRM, HRIS and social channels. Along with working knowledge of Outlook and Excel.
- Relationship management - ability to build, develop and sustain ongoing customer relationships.
