**Working at Belfast International Airport on a permanent Full Time basis, 36 hours per week**

**You will need to be fully flexible as the days will be rotating between Monday and Sunday, earliest start 5.00am latest finish 2.00am**

**Shifts work on a 4 on and 4 off basis, there you need to be available every day as the shifts rotate.**

**This position will not be suitable for someone with educational com**

The main purpose of the role is to ensure the safe transfer of Passengers with Restricted Mobility (PRM) through the airport terminal in a timely manner, providing mobility assistance and enabling passengers to enjoy all aspects of the airport experience.

We are looking for a customer focused and friendly individual to join our team of workers and help create a memorable experience for every visitor to the airport.

**Main Duties**:

- Meet and greet arriving/departing/transferring Passengers with Restricted Mobility (PRM)
- Communicate effectively with the passengers and staff
- Assist Passengers with Restricted Mobility (PRM) at drop off/pick up points, airline check-In, airport security and pre-boarding aircraft.
- In a safely manner, assist in the transfer of passengers from aircraft to airport terminal using various equipment
- Comply with all Health & Safety regulations.
- Use company equipment responsibly ensuring all equipment

**To be successful in the role, you will need**:

- Ability to communicate with people and colleagues at all levels
- Ability to lift passengers in accordance with manual handling guidelines.
