Company Description

Chubb now has an opportunity for an **Accounts Receivable Administrator **to join our team in Blackburn (with some home working). The main goal is to work as part of a team managing the transactions on AR accounts such as refunds, journals, credit notes, matching and cash allocation.

This role is initially offered on a 12 month fixed term contract basis. Longer term opportunities may be available.

**Job Description**:

- Ensure the effective and efficient entry of accounts receivable transactions
- Process customer refunds
- Process account journals
- Match logged and unallocated cash
- Deal with customer queries and reconciliations
- Allocate cash to customer accounts in an efficient and precise manner

**Qualifications**:

- Strong administration and customer service skills ideally with experience of working in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work towards strict deadlines
- High attention to detail
- The ability to work both independently and in a team
- Experience in accounts / finance is not required as full training will be given
