Role and responsibilities

The primary goal of this position is to support the Sales function in the company and includes, but is not limited to, the job spec below.

**Mothernode CRM system**
- Follow up with telephone calls for all quotes and leads over an agreed time period in conjunction with the sales team.
- Maintain the data base with additional data inputs from LinkedIn, Shows, Planning Applications and any other Additional source identified
- Monitor all web site visits to identify new leads or old leads that can be followed up. Ensure web site is notifying MN of visits.
- Track product lines sales and costs in conjunction with Purchasing and Admin

**Marketing/Sales Support**
- Manage the maintenance, spares and repairs operation
- Provide decision support to sales team as required
- Work in conjunction with marketing agency
- Monitor all Web stats to identify new leads or old leads that can be followed up reported on a monthly basis
- Manage all leads from suppliers - enter into MN and allocate to the correct sales person.
- Provide full support to external marketing agency including on site link into Clear Sky, calendar breakdown of key events (shows / meetings / sales periods)
- Attend exhibitions and conferences with the whole team as required. (this may require overnight stays)
- Provide full decision support to Sales team
- Maintain library of up to date and relevant images.
- Track product changes made by suppliers and update the team in line with this

There will be monthly reviews and feedback with management for first 6 months.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 22.5 per week
