Ceded Reinsurance is a strategic function within AXA XL in charge of defining and implementing the reinsurance strategy as well as administrating all reinsurance treaties through their lifecycle. Ceded Re is part of the AXA XL Risk Management function, the AXA XL Chief Risk Officer being member of AXA XL Leadership team.

Ceded Re Operations team is responsible for the administration of all Treaty Reinsurance business written within AXA XL. Ceded Re Operations is composed of 4 key poles: Technical Operations, Technical Accounting, Data & Operations Reporting and Central Operations.

This role resides within the Ceded Reinsurance Central Operations team based in London, which is responsible for:

- Oversight, monitoring and tracking of all major projects within Ceded Re.
- Responsible for supporting Ceded Re senior management with driving change initiatives/projects for/within Ceded Re.
- Oversight and management of the Ceded Re Innovation committee.
- Liaison with Global Technical/Automation teams as well as business engagement leads to deliver improvements and process changes.

Ceded Re are kicking off a Transformation project to ensure they are performing to it’s optimum ability in order to achieve their short term and long term goals, to facilitate this a new Transformation team is being established.

What will your essential responsibilities include?
- Support and assist the Transformation Team and Project Leads with monitoring and implementing a range of multiple projects.
- Responsible for building and maintaining the project tracker for all initiatives/projects.
- Responsible for tracking all projects and monitoring progress of key milestones and ensuring project deadlines are met.
- Responsible for providing regular reports on key metrics showing progress on project pace and value to Ceded Re Senior Management/Transformation Officer.
- Ensure consistent implementation of governance framework to all projects, ensuring alignment to common standards for prioritization, implementation, risk management and issue tracking.
- Support all communications to key stakeholders, as well as alignment and coordination within and across initiatives/projects.
- Coordinate and organize all Project meetings with various Stakeholders including SteerCo s, and document minutes and follow up on action points/decisions made in the meeting.
- Compile necessary presentation materials for meetings.
- Provide problem-solving and escalation support as needed.
- Develop and cultivate a strong working relationship with all Ceded Re teams, and other key external teams.
- Liaise with Transformation Officer and Business Analyst to ensure all initiatives are documented and tracked.
