Transformation and Equity Coordinator

Single Homeless Project is a London-wide charity. Our vision is of a society where everyone has a place to call home and the chance to live a fulfilling life. We help support young people by preventing homelessness, providing support and accommodation, promoting wellbeing, enhancing opportunity, and teach vital independent living skills.
Supporting the delivery of substance use treatment services in the borough of Camden, the post holder will take a lead role in embedding a systems thinking approach across Camden, ensuring alignment to local transformation priorities. The post holder will ensure delivery of a service that is aligned with all of Camden’s key systems transformation workstreams (e.g. this includes with regards homelessness/mental health/multiple disadvantage).
To be successful, the post holder will be expected to work closely with, and align their work with a number of Camden’s service providers and key stakeholders. This significantly includes SHP’s main delivery partner CGL, as well as Camden’s other Transformation leads (including Homelessness/Mental Health/Multiple Disadvantage) to improve services.
They will also work closely with multiple stakeholders, including SHP’s Heads of Multiple Disadvantage/Homelessness Transformation and Camden’s independent coproduction group Moving Forward.
There will be responsibilities around ensuring there is an inclusive culture with service delivery and to align work with EDI leads in the borough to ensure services remain responsive to the needs of the borough and inclusive of Camden’s diverse communities.

- A salary increase after successfully completing six month's probationary period
- A 37.5 hour working week including flexible working hours (core hours are 10am - 4pm) in non-accommodation services
