We Do Group are delighted to be supporting a food production business in Central London, recruiting a part-time Purchase Ledger Clerk on a 3-4 month temporary assignment.

The role is working **3 days per week (Mon, Tues, Wed) in the office** and can also be looked at on reduced hours to work around childcare.

This is a manual processing role in a friendly team, working to support a particularly busy period and is paying **£14-15 per hour**

**The Role**
- Checking, coding, sending for approval and posting invoices in Sage
- Processing staff expense claims
- Processing credit cards
- Setting up new suppliers and cross-checking the bank details
- Filling in new supplier forms and providing bank details
- Updating details of the existing suppliers
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Filing (electronically) paid invoices
- Updating details of existing customers

**Your Profile**
- Experience in purchase ledger or looking to build a career in finance
- Good communicator
- Available on short notice and willing to work in Central London 3 days per week (Mon, Tues, Wed)
