**Responsibilities**:

**urpose of the Role**:
**Main Responsibilities**:
Oversee the day-to-day operations to ensure the smooth running of all warehouse activities:

- Inventory stock control and administration ensuring all goods are received in timely manner and aligned with WMS
- Perform daily cycle counts ensure stock levels are accurate
- Manage team of warehouse operatives and ensure all customer order levels are met in accordance with SLAs
- Maintain and improve operational systems, processes, and best practices
- Monitor and report operational performance against targets
- Ensure all operational processes comply with company policies, health and safety requirements and legal regulations
- Develop and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency
- Liaise with cross channel internal departments to ensure all queries are resolved in a timely manner

Qualifications:
**Primary Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a warehouse supervisor or a similar management position
- Educated to degree level (but not essential)
- Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations (First Aid)
- Fast paced and able to work under pressure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and ERP management systems (Oracle)
- Forklift licence
- Ability to develop and implement operational processes and procedures
- Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to delegate
