This is all about your personality rather than experience. If you have sales admin or general admin experience or even a finance based background then great but they would also consider a bright, bubbly and enthusiastic individual who has recently graduatedmaybe with a couple of years experience.

**The successful Sales Administrator will ideally: -**
- Ideally have worked within a sales (fast moving) environment
- Have some finance or credit control experience - not essential
- Ideally, have some compliance experience
- Have a great communication manner
- Be tenacious, well organised and able to work on their own without constant supervision
- Have a commercial outlook and understand the impact of credit control on cash flow
- Be computer literate ideally with Xero or similar accounts package knowledge

**As Sales Administrator, you will be undertaking the following day-to-day duties: -**
- Credit control - chasing up outstanding debt over the telephone
- Raising invoices via Xero
- Reporting debtor days on a regular basis to the MD
- Basic HR administrator including
- Sending out contracts to new employees
- Refining and managing their onboarding process
- Helping to write an onboarding training manual with the MD
- Compliance management including
- Updating the systems
- Liaising with colleagues to ensure that the legal aspect of the paperwork is completed in good time
- Calling and speaking to clients to chase outstanding information
- Events management including
- Registering ¼ events and sending out the invites
- General admin duties as required

This role would suit someone from either a sales, recruitment or compliance background who has had to multitask and who is happy to make the role their own. Alternatively, they will look at a good all - round Administrator who wants to work within a salesenvironment. Whilst basic processes are in place, this will be your opportunity to refine and polish them whilst adhering to my client's high professional standards.

You will be able to chase outstanding debt in the right way and will be able to adapt your communication manner to the audience as required.
