**Roles and responsibilities**
- Listen to audio recordings of customers placing orders for products.
- Access online orders from customers procurement system
- Communicate effectively with other system.
- Basic operational maintenance of printers

The order processor communicates to the fulfilment staff via hard copy, customers’ orders and generates hardcopy electronic invoices for the customer and various pre-set reports.
**Qualifications and requirements**

Applicants must have an advanced knowledge of mircrosoft office WORD, EXCEL AND OUTLOOK. A minimum audio/copy typing speed of at lead 60 words/minute.

Have excellent customer relationship skills and the ability to work as a member of a team.

Hours of work approx 30 hours per week

Must be flexible on shifts until pattern in established

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £10.00-£12.50 per hour
