Alpha-move provide a sales and lettings service for clients throughout Liverpool and Merseyside for over 20 years, and are recruiting a lettings and sales administrator to work within our busy Huyton office.

The role of the job is to act as a co-ordinator between Landlord and Tenants and Vendors and Applicants, to assist with organising viewings, referencing, inventories, maintenance, obtaining feedback, and all general office related administration.

The successful applicant will need to have
- Excellent communication skills
- Committed work ethic
- Preferred property experience
- Customer service skills
- Full driving license
- Time management skills

The job is for a working week Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.30pm and half day Saturdays on a roster basis with a day off in lieu in the week.

Remuneration is £22 - £25 OTE including basic and commission.

**Salary**: £22,000.00-£25,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay

Work Location: In person
