Payroll Manager

We are partnered with a fantastic company offering the individual to join their team as a Payroll Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing the general Payroll activities working closely to the HR Team. You will need to ensure that all payroll datais up to date by collecting and calculating all payroll data in the system. This role reports directly into the Financial Director.
Responsibilities of the role
- The collection and calculation of necessary data to update the payroll information to the system.
- Manage the payroll across multiple entities for close to 1500 employees.
- Constant communication with HMRC and liaising with benefit providers.
- Ensuring all inputs and changes are accurately recorded according with the cut of dates.
- Overseeing and updating the administration for the pension records.
- Current in-depth knowledge of payroll technology and demonstrates knowledge and experience of managing multiple payrolls.
- Previous experience in Senior/Management Payroll positions
- Excellent IT Skills, including proficiency in payroll software systems such as ITrent, HR Systems, Word and Excel
- Practical experience running UK Payroll
- Flexible working approach and ability to handle multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment.
