As a Bistro Line Cook, you will be an integral part of the Aztec Bistro Kitchen team. The Aztec Bistro is a popular destination for hotel guests, Aztec Club members and locals alike which is open throughout the day and evening. The Aztec Bistro has an established menu, which includes chargrilled items, steaks & fresh fish, as well as lighter bites, snacks and sandwiches, with ingredients locally sourced where possible.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- Preparing food to a high standard of presentation and quality
- Prioritising orders as they are taken
- Supporting the senior Bistro Kitchen team in developing the menus and all other aspects of kitchen operations
- Demonstrating safe ways of working in line with Food Hygiene standards and Health & Safety legislation

**Hours and Rate of pay**:
This is a full-time permanent role of 40 hours over 5 days, working block shifts covering lunchtime and dinner service, requiring evening and weekend availability.

Hourly Rate: £11.69 per hour

Open 365 days of the year, TLH Leisure Resort is based in the heart of Torquay. Comprising four inter-linked hotels which include the TLH Derwent, TLH Victoria, TLH Toorak, and TLH Carlton Hotels on a single site. We offer a range of accommodation and shared entertainment plus the well-renowned Aztec Leisure brand, offering unique leisure and spa facilities to guests and locals.
