As an Aztec Bistro Team Leader, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of our popular Aztec Bistro which overlooks both our indoor and outdoor swimming pools, boasting a spacious sun terrace, used for al fresco dining and seasonal entertainment.

You will need to be able to lead the Bistro team to deliver the high standard of service expected, both when other Team Leaders are and are not on shift.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading a team of servers when on shift, reporting to the Bistro Manager
  • Ensure excellence in the guest experience through continuous monitoring of service standards
  • Facilitate effective communication with team members, to nurture motivation and a great team working
  • Take an active role in constantly striving to enhance operational processes
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations

Hours and Rate of pay:

This is a full-time permanent role of 35 hours over 5 days, including daytime shifts, evenings and weekends.

Hourly Rate:
£11.69 per hour

Comprising four inter-linked hotels which include the TLH Derwent, TLH Victoria, TLH Toorak, and TLH Carlton Hotels on a single site.
