Our client has an ongoing need for 111 Call handlers in Oldbury. Full paid training is provided.

**What will the role involve?**
- Handling inbound calls from members of the public and healthcare professionals
- Providing appropriate responses and advice to patients
- Ensuring a high level of customer care is always provided
- Escalating calls when required or in case of emergency i.e. ambulance dispatch

**Who should apply?**
- Flexible approach to working hours - a range of rotas are available, but all rotas include 3/4 weekends and 6/8 bank holidays
- Experience within Customer Service, Contact Centre, Retail, Care or Hospitality
- Excellent listening skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £9.50 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Overtime
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Chesterfield: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Call Centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Healthcare: 1 year (preferred)
