**About You**

You will have:

- A passion for providing high quality customer service in a hospitality environment.
- Experience in a housekeeping role, but above all be eager to learn and develop your skills in the industry.

**The Role**
- Supporting Housekeeping in turnover and cleaning of rooms and common areas.
- Breakfast cook.
- Supporting breakfast service.
- Supporting our lunch, afternoon tea and evening dining service - depending upon experience this could include leading front of house service
- Preparing drinks.
- Liaising and working closely with the kitchen.
- Welcoming and receiving guests.
- Dealing with guest enquiries, including sharing in the out of hours cover.
- Sharing the out of hours on-call (this is an essential element of the role and is the reason why this is strictly a live-in position).
