**Your new role**
- Processing and winning orders
- Preparing quotations and liaising with customers
- Handling inbound calls and enquiries
- Outbound business development calls (80% warm & 20% cold)
- Liaising with colleagues and customers for servicing, site visits, quotation opportunities
- Updating our CRM daily
- Hitting KPIs as set out by Management

**What you’ll need to succeed**
- Commercial experience
- Customer service experience
- Good knowledge of all elements of Microsoft
