**_ About the role_**

We have a very exciting opportunity for an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join our centralised Finance team in Loughborough. Reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, you will play a vital role in our team by processing, reconciling, and reporting supplier transactions with accuracy in a timely manner for our head office and 34 academies.

**_ Who we are looking for_**
- Experience of working effectively in a purchase ledger/accounts payable role of experience working in a finance role with a focus on controls and reconciliations.
- Experience of reconciling supplier statement, processing invoices and credit notes, reconciling customer accounts.
- Demonstrable experience of delivering great customer service.
- Experience of using Microsoft Office package, in particular use of Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good organisational skills.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
- Effective vernal and written communication skills.
- Accurate and numerate with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively to challenge the status quo and support change.
