**Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday Days (08:30 - 05:30)**
**Salary: £25,000 Per Annum**
We are currently seeking a Invoicing & Treasury Assistant to join our Warrington team at our Warrington site. As Invoicing & Treasury Assistant you will assist with the timely preparation of invoices to our customers as well as providing assistance to the Treasury and Fixed Asset functions.
**Job responsibilities of a Invoicing & Treasury Assistant include**:
- Ensure invoices and credit notes are raised in a timely manner.
- Ensure that invoice queries are resolved in a timely manner.
- Liaise with Credit Control team on outstanding invoices.
- Assist with day to day treasury functions, including processing and posting Direct Debits and ad hoc cash payments.
- Assist with processing of expense claims for departmental staff.
**Qualifications**
As a Invoicing & Treasury Assistant you will possess the following skill, experiences and qualifications:
- Demonstrate good organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise, multi task and manage work to a high standard and strict deadlines.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the confidence to liaise with people at all levels within the business.
- Must be a strong team player, have a good work ethic and remain professional at all times.
- Have a flexible and adaptable approach to working in order to meet the requirements of the business and its customers.
- Demonstrate a clear understanding of confidentiality and data protection within the business.
