**Position Overview**: We are seeking a motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Trainee Car Detailer. As a Trainee Car Detailer, you will be responsible for assisting our experienced car detailing professionals in providing high-quality car detailing services to our clients. This position offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop essential skills in the automotive detailing industry.

**Responsibilities**:
Assisting in the preparation of vehicles for detailing services, including washing, vacuuming, and removing debris.

Assisting in the identification and removal of surface imperfections, such as scratches, swirl marks, and stains, through appropriate methods.

Ensuring the proper use and maintenance of car detailing tools, equipment, and chemicals.

Learning and following established safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.

Collaborating with senior car detailers to understand client requirements and deliver exceptional results that meet or exceed customer expectations.

Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance car detailing skills and knowledge.

Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the car detailing area, ensuring tools and equipment are properly stored after use.

Providing excellent customer service by answering client inquiries and addressing concerns in a professional and friendly manner.

Adhering to company policies, procedures, and standards to uphold quality and consistency in car detailing services.

**Qualifications**:
No prior experience in car detailing is required; however, a passion for the automotive industry and a desire to learn and develop car detailing skills are essential.

Basic understanding of car cleaning techniques, including washing, vacuuming, and interior cleaning, is beneficial.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work meticulously to achieve high-quality results.

Ability to follow instructions and learn new techniques quickly.

Good physical stamina, as the role involves prolonged periods of standing, bending, and manual labour.

Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.

Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work area.

Flexibility to work on weekends or outside regular business hours as required.

**Salary**: £8.00 per hour
