**Salary: £32,000 - £35,000**
Are you passionate about ensuring top-notch quality in manufacturing? Our client is an industry leading manufacturer and is seeking an individual to fill the role of Quality Controller.
The Quality Controller oversees quality systems and procedures, providing technical support to operational teams while ensuring adherence to business and customer standards.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure compliance with quality standards, identifying and addressing deviations.
- Conduct audits and document non-conformances, guiding corrective actions.
- Perform product testing and internal audits, investigating deviations and complaints.
- Provide technical support to production teams, aiding in continuous improvement.
- Assist in NPD trials and product launches to ensure quality standards.
**Essential Requirements**:
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs.
- Previous relevant experience.
- Ability to challenge and consider broader implications.
- Capacity for summarizing key findings.
- Commitment to continuous improvement.
