Detailed Duties:

- To liaise with the Practice Manager regularly regarding workloads and general running of reception, administrative areas and organising training events and speakers within the practice.
- To be a point of contact for all team members for any problems that may arise on a daily basis.
- To ensure staff are aware of protocols and procedures and any changes of the same
- To manage the Practice appointment book for all Practice Roles
- To organise the holiday rota and manage annual leave requests.
- To raise any invoices required for medical reports, room rentals, advertising, etc.
- To complete the monthly stationary stocktake and orders.
- Patient administration including deductions and registrations.
- To co-ordinate the photocopying/scanning of medical records and provide computer print-outs when requested by Solicitors and in conjunction with iGPR and Scan and Collate.
- To be responsible for petty cash. Checking payments received and banking cheques and counter fee payments, as required.
- Managing Fire alarm testing and Health and Safety.
- Ensure the practice website is current with regular updates and with the relevant information on it.
- Assist the Practice Manager in implementing the projects within the practice.
- Organise agendas and minutes for various practice meetings.
- Ensure the practice remains compliant with Health & Safety requirements at all times.

Rate of pay - £12 per hour depending on experience
