**Salary**: £38,000+ depending on skills & experience

**What you’ll be doing**:

- Developing and delivering defined work packages, tasks to cost, schedule and quality targets
- Monitoring and reporting project performance for schedule, technical, financial and quality objectives
- Leading problem-solving sessions to pro-actively overcome project issues
- Establishing & maintaining customer/supplier relationships ensuring regular communications & managing expectations
- Taking responsibility for achieving customer satisfaction
- Proactively managing risks and opportunities to the benefit of the work packages and tasks
- Ensuring that work packages and tasks adhere to the Operational Framework and Lifecycle management mandates
- Supporting the creation of proposals for follow on tasks and work packages

**Your skills and experiences**:
Essential
- Previous experience in managing or coordinating discrete tasks or work packages (professional or personal)
- Awareness or experience in project management disciplines such as planning, scheduling, monitoring & reporting
- A desire to learn and develop working in an agile team
- IT literacy including MS Office Suite and SAP

Desirable
- A background in defence
- Experience of working in an engineering or support environment would be beneficial but not essential
- MRP (Material Requirements Planning) experience
