- Are you looking for a role where you can be responsible for the bank-wide oversight of colleague experience?
- Day-to-day, you’ll ensure that the colleague experience interventions and practices result in an engaging workplace environment for colleagues who support our bank strategy.

**What you’ll do**:
As our Head of Colleague Experience, you’ll develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall colleague experience, including programmes, initiatives and activities that foster a sense of belonging, motivation, and satisfaction for our colleagues. Driving simplification and ease through the embedding of experimentation at scale.

Alongside this, you’ll maintain the development of the Colleague Experience Squad. This diverse team tests and provides feedback on all colleague propositions and services. You’ll also support colleague goals and shared capabilities to deliver the colleague experience requirement for our bank.

Your top priorities will include:

- Creating a plan, engaging stakeholders, assessing current colleague experience activities and identifying solutions and benchmarking them against external best practices
- Translating insights and thinking into interventions, approaches and practices that’ll assist with the delivery of our bank’s strategy and purpose.
- Developing the thinking and approach for our experimentation at scale, including tracking, communication and supporting the intervention and tooling required, to embed it in our bank.
- Leading interventions and working with key stakeholders of an employee value proposition and employer brand that can be benchmarked against external best practices.
- Supporting internal colleague communications and developing colleague communication plans and tools to ensure timely communication across all levels of our bank.
- Collaborating with colleague wellbeing initiatives that’re in line with the EVP and supporting the development of wellbeing programmes, work-life balance support and mental health resources.
- Coordinating bank-wide reporting for colleague experiences to make sure its relevant and benchmarked against external best practices.

**The skills you’ll need.**:
You will have experience in the development and approach for experimentation at scale across a large organisation, including the tracking, communication, supporting interventions and tooling required to embed. Alongside an understanding of HR models and practices and experience of the banking industry or regulatory and commercial environment.

In addition, you’ll have a background of leading diverse and professional teams and expertise surrounding relevant legal policies, regulations and risk management.

Furthermore, you’ll need:

- Experience of operational and financial planning
- An understanding of experimentation and colleague communication strategies
- A good knowledge of employee engagement strategies
