We’re looking for an experienced, forward-thinking, self-motivated Accounts Assistant to join our team, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience. There is flexibility attached to this position, which is part-time requiring 2 days a week in the first instance.

You’ll be responsible for assisting the Accountant with the day-to-day management and reconciliation of the sales and purchase ledger plus other duties as required to assist in the running of a busy office, to include:

- Sales invoice generation within Synergist (our CMS system)
- Client statement generation and chasing debtors
- Banking and receipts
- Processing supplier invoices and matching to purchase orders within Synergist
- Processing and matching receipts for the company credit card
- Petty cash receipts and reconciliation
- Exporting sales invoices and purchase invoices to SAGE
- Filing
- Other ad hoc duties as requested by the Accountant or other team members.
