Salary : £55,000 - £60,000
Interaction Recruitment are assisting our client with their search for an experienced Production Manager in the shoe manufacturing industry.
The company has been trading for over 100 years, and have a proud history manufacturing quality footwear, by using carefully selected materials. They use many traditional methods in their manufacturing process and for that reason, the successful applicant **MUST HAVE SHOE PRODUCTION EXPERIENCE.**
What the role will involve:

- Responsible for all personnel matters
- Managing the recruitment process
- Plan the shoe manufacturing process
- Ensure high quality standards are maintained
- Coordinate the supervision team
- Lead production team meetings
- Conduct relevant training and mentoring to the factory staff
You will require the following skills:

- Production experience in the shoe manufacturing industry
- Technical experience in all aspects of the production process
- Excellent communicator
- Ability to inspire colleagues
- Ability to problem-solve and think logically
- Up to date knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
This is a full time position with a salary opportunity of up to £60,000 for the successful applicant.
