Our head office is in Hertfordshire, and we have an extensive network of permanent and freelance, associate trainers throughout the UK.
The role will be based from home with training being carried out on customer sites or from home via a virtual platform. Regular team meetings take place via teams with the occasional requirement to meet up in person, either in your locality, or at a central location.
The Role - **Permanent or Freelance Clinical Trainer**
All equipment will be provided for the delivery of practical sessions.
Working as a Trainer at UTS you will be required to:
- Ensure all delivery is in accordance with current legislation, best practice and within UTS policy.
- Provide guidance and support to all learners.
- Deliver within an agreed timescale that meets a customer and learners needs.
- Communicate content with passion, enthusiasm, articulation, and confidence.
- Become a part of the UTS training community which will invite you to attend company meetings, provide programme updates and give you a platform to communicate with our network of national trainers.

- Be excited and driven to deliver exceptional programmes and customer service. We want you to really be motivated by motivating and influencing positive change in others.
Have prior experience of delivering training across the sector, ideally both face to face and virtually.
- Have a strong background in Health and Social care with a great emphasis and proven competencies in the sector.
- Have experience of working in, or training within, a clinical setting
- Want to raise the bar and continuously champion excellent training within Health, Housing and Social Care.
- Hold a teaching qualification
