**Outpatients Systems Trainer - Band 5 -** (Monday-Friday, Flexible hours between 07.30-18.00 with the option to WFH 1-2 days per week).

We are looking for a confident, well-motivated, pro-active individual to support the delivery of Outpatients Systems Training to a number of areas including Reception, Central Outpatients, Clinic preparation, and Registration & Referrals, the post is responsible for aligning all the outpatients processes to ensure that there is a high quality and effective and consistent approach to process all of our patients pathways. Maintaining the outpatients Standard operation processes, and regularly reviewing them to ensure we are complying with all the current RTT rules and regulations.

Main duties of the job

Working closely with the Outpatients Management team, you will have excellent communication skills with proven experience of being able to manage multiple demands from different areas. You will have the ability to deal with sensitive situations and conflict in a diplomatic and tactful manner to ensure all stakeholders needs are met.

It is desirable that you have some training needs analysis skills and the ability to deliver training to individuals and or Group session in person or via Teams

You will have experience in both assisting and delivering elements of projects. You will possess the ability to work under pressure, with excellent planning, time management and organisational skills.

You will have excellent Knowledge of the workings of ERS and It is desirable for applicants to be competent in the use of Careflow, Qlik Sense, Outlook and Excel.

Training and Qualifications

Essential criteria
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
- Evidence of commitment to ongoing learning and personal development

Experience

Essential criteria
- Experience which could include project management, change management, multidisciplinary working, human resource management,
- Evidence of having achieved challenging targets
- Relevant practical experience in an administrative role
- Extensive Knowledge & experince of using ERS( Electronic referral System)
- Stong understanding of the 18 weeks RTT rules and how this is applied to Patients pathways
- Understanding of Current national and local recovery targets
- Excellent Knowledge and Experince of Careflow, including building new services, Clinics and streams and linking Dos's

Desirable criteria
- Experience in healthcare
- Experience of using healthcare IT systems
- Training Certificate or equivalent

Communication and relationship skills

Essential criteria
- Able to build strong rapports and relationships with both administration and clinical teams
- Evidence of strong working relationships within multi-disciplinary teams
- Proven record of planning, organisation and administration skills.
- Able to describe and teach in an engaging way that caters for different learning styles and capabilities to ensure complex information is understood and actioned
- Engagement with staff at all levels from NHS and from within the organisation
